Corruption, democracy and neoliberalism in the Americas
Abstract
The objective of this article is to understand the relationship between the international construction of the anti-corruption judicial dispositive and the stability of democratic regimes in the Americas. Based on a combined analysis of the dispositive's genealogy and the topology of the strategic relationships that are established around it in different configurations, the work seeks to investigate the hypothesis that the change in the relationship between fighting corruption and democracy is associated with the change in neoliberal rationality. since the 1990s and its different historical and local settings.
