The reorientation and reorganization of work in the public sector

Abstract

In this article we address the productive restructuring that began in the nineties and that is framed in the grammar of modernization, innovation and competitiveness. We maintain that productive demands such as quality, costs and customer satisfaction penetrate the reform of the public sector and that the management tools (New public management) put in tension the work carried out in the public sector.
