Cancellation under the lens of national and international justice

The paper addresses the phenomenon of digital cancellation, as a mechanism of online social punishment that has gained increasing notoriety and complexity in recent decades. The study provides an overview of digital cancellation, using situations that had an impact on the lives of canceled people, delves into the approach of existing legal mechanisms to deal with the damage caused by this type of practice and investigates the challenges faced by justice traditional in keeping up with the speed and dynamics of digital cancellation practices.
